Durov's actions are being investigated under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 (aiding terrorist activity), Rossiyskaya Gazeta and Komsomolskaya Pravda reported on Tuesday night. The publications accused Durov of using the Telegram messaging app he created to assassinate nine Russian generals and coordinate attacks on schools and the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
